My Goals:
My goal is to become fit and healthy so that I can be a great example for my kids and their kids and their kids!



My Program:
I'm currently trying to track all calories and stick to my goals. I'm building my will power everyday and trying to resist so much snacking. I'm also upping my WATER intake and trying to limit my carbs and fried foods.

Goals and Rewards:
220 - Mani/Pedi
210 - New Dress
200 - Something Big! It's been forever since I've been under 200!
190 - TBD
180 - TBD
170 - Goal Weight!!!

Thanks for the blog comment. Yes, I am doing the Chalean Extreme DVD in addition to 50-60 minutes of cardio. Some days, I don't get my cardio in but I make sure to get my Chalean in...haven't missed a day since I started :o)
