My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 lbs altogether. I want to lose 20 of those pounds within 6 months.

My Program:
I started my walking regiment (90 minutes Mon-Fri)

Gym 3 x a week doing all sort of cardio exercises (New Body, Body Jam, Zumba)

Weight Training: I have not started yet

P90X: I have the program but I have not started yet. I want to build a little bit of resistance before starting with the high impact P90X

Lovely to have you with us on the 10,000 Steps a Day Team - we're an active and driven group of sparkers who are determined to reach our own personal goals through walking - its not a competition, so don't judge your efforts by someone else's but please join in with the October Steps Thread and monitor your amounts regularly - we do love to support and acknowledge personal achievements!

There will also be an additional Stepping it Up Challenge for those of us who wish to push just that little bit harder!
