Hi! My name is Cherish and I have been a dancer all my life. Even though I lead a healthy, active, and vegan lifestyle, I still find myself struggling with those last few pounds. They come, they go, they come, they go...

As a young dancer I struggled with eating disorders and the pressure of being a teenage girl, which ruined my metabolism. As a young woman with a healthy appetite I have now regained control of my body and am making PERMANENT changes to my way of living. Fresh, home cooked meals and regular cardio and strength training have helped me get down to a size smaller than I was in seventh grade, and now I'm keeping it off for good!

I am getting married in September of this year and my goal is to slim down and tone up so I can look my best before the wedding (and keep it that way after!). Only 10 more pounds to go! I cannot wait to hit my goal weight because that is also when I will try on my wedding dress and buy a veil to top it all off.

Right now I am working on the "28 Day Bootcamp Challange". Seems to be working!

I plan to take everything I learn from this experience and turn it into a lifelong lifestyle change.

129-Into the 120s! Drinks and dancing with friends.
126-Almost there, get those pearly whites whitened.
125-GOAL! Try on my wedding dress, and get it altered to my new physique.
