Hello JDB50177! Late night snacking is definitely hard to overcome. It is a constant battle! I have learned the best thing for me to do when I have an uncontrollable food craving and absolutely must eat something is to find something healthy to eat. My personal favorite is frozen strawberries. Celery is another good option. It is in fact a negative calorie food; it takes more calories to digest than it contains! Surprisingly, exercise helps with food cravings too.
