My Goals:
Now that I have reached my goal weight, I'm finding that SparkPeople makes it easy to see what my new goals should be...eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day, drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, track food and exercise, and keep them within the ranges I've set. I'm not ready to set more goals yet, but I have learned that consistency in these areas will keep me happy for a long time!
My Program:
I am tracking what I eat and what I do for strength and cardio. I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies and become more consistent about exercise.
