I work out from home and have an elliptical and a pilates reformer machine. I choose a show I like on tv and plant myself on my elliptical.
I am looking for inspiration to have a successful workout from home.

Ahhhhh! Miss you love you miss you can't wait to stick to it this time. I did my exercise, but have come in 300-450 calories above 2000 each day. I feel piggy, oh so piggy, so piggy and biggy and weigh! ( horrible take on west side story- my apologies!!!) anyway, hope the snow is going away soon, so you can get around town.
