By gosh I AM going to do this for ME!
I am 47 with 2 children, ages 10 & 15, going through a divorce, recently diagnosed with Diabetes 2, and going to university full-time to be a special ed. teacher for junior high students. I'm a stress eater, and I procrastinate over exercise, and I want to be around when my kids graduate, get married, etc. Plus i am tired of feeling bad all the time. I am having trouble doing it alone so I thought I'd try this.

One thing that comes over loud and clear on this site is that one day is just that, one day. It is not the end of everything. It is just a small blip in your journey to a great healthy life. As someone said on this site. Would you give up on your relationship if you had just one bad day? Would you give up your job or career because you had one bad day?
