I'm back at SP and going strong ... retired in January 3 so joined back up and I'm hoping to give Eriesparkers a little boost. Come back and watch the boards ... I would like to see ideas from everyone. Winter blahs are no fun ... maybe in the spring I'll be able to post the events that are available for fun/exercise/and recreation.
P90X can be over kill if you're not used to that degree of workout or if you prefer cardio. My goals for the year are to give 30 Day Shred a try and get some regular cardio in. I've been trying to lose the last 10 lbs for 6 months so not sure what's going on there. I think my body has found it's happy weight, but my mind would be happier 15 lbs less, but whatever.
Holidays went by fast and I'm glad it's over since it means Spring is getting closer. I am ready to get outdoors again to walk and enjoy some fresh air. 2517 days ago
