STARTING OVER AGAIN

Hello my fellow Sparks! It has been three years since the last time I started. I have gone through a lot since then and have begun to gain the weight back and I stopped exercising consistently so I am way out of shape. I want to be able to comfortably climb the rock wall at the amusement park this summer. To wear my skinny clothes again. My ultimate goal is size 8. But I would love to bet back to my size 10 that I was in 2011. So lets kick some calories!

I just joined the lose 10 in Feb and thought I would like to add you as a friend. I'm starting a 10 day challenge today to give up all sweets and artificially sweetened drinks, food, etc. for 10 days. Want to join me? Reading the sugar grams on food boxes will really open your eyes. I try to limit the grams of sugar to under 5. Look at cereal boxes and you will be amazed at the added sugar. I blog daily.
