The Skinny Girl in Me
I am a very simple, down to earth person that is willing to try anything in life at least 1x. Over the past 10 years the skinny girl in me has been locked away and she is ready to be released. This channel is my voyage to getting the skinny girl out. I know she is somewhere in there I just have to go find her. I am a very simple, down to earth person that is willing to try anything in life at least 1x. Over the past 10 years the skinny girl in me has been locked away and she is ready to be released. This channel is my voyage to getting the skinny girl out. I know she is somewhere in there I just have to go find her. Within the last 10 years or so I have gained about 60-70 lbs which has lead me to become obese. I am finally ready and serious about taking the weight off. I recently turned 30 and realized that having this weight on me has hindered me from doing a lot of the things I enjoy during the last decade. This is a way for me to share with you all the ups and downs of loosing weight, tips to loosing weight the right way (through eating healthy and exercise) and the BIG REVEAL OF THE SKINNY GIRL IN ME in a Bikini on the beach for the first time in 10 years. I have not always been obese. I am not the person that has struggled with weight my entire life. It is quite the opposite. Growing up I was always the "skinny girl", wether it be with my friends or family. Even between my sister and I, I was always described as the skinny one. When I started college in 1998 that began to change. Since then my weight has fluctuated up and down and in the last 3 years it has been mostly UP. My goal is to loose 65 lbs in the next 12 months, gain muscle, loose fat and bring sexy back (to me at least). There's alot more to me than just this weight and hopefully I will be able to share that with you all along the way as well. Wish me luck!!!!

My Goals:
I currently weigh 230 pounds and want to get down to 165. That is a total of 65lbs to loose. When I gained this weight I lost alot of myself. I want to get the old Cheri back and mostly regain my self confidence. Lower my "bad" Cholesterol Lower my blood pressure to normal level 230 - 6/2/11 225- 220- 215- 210 205- 200- 195- 190- 185- 180- 175- 170- GOAL - Wear size 14 - Wear size 12 - Wear size 10 - GOAL Wear a bathing suit (1 piece) Wear a bikini - GOAL - Run 5 k Run 10k Run 1/2 Marathon Run Marathon
My Program:
1) Eat breakfast daily. After all it is the most important meal of the day. 2) Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily 3) Exercise (walk/run) 5x's a week for 1 hour or more 4) Strength train 3x's a week (Jillian Michael's 30 day shred) 5) Eat last meal/snack no later than 9pm 6) Go to bed no later than 11 pm
