Set-backs and Do-overs
My motivation is to be Fit & Fabulous by 40. When I was 35 someone asked , "Why not now?" My response was that it was too late for my 30's. Due to some mishaps in life and health, I am not even close to my goal. I realize that I may not hit my goal by my 40th birthday, but I know that by the end of 40 I will be fit & fabulous! With a little bit of work and self control, I plan on living out the rest of my life that way. I want to be Slammin' at 70! I have 55 weeks to loose ...

Due to some mishaps in life and health, I am not even close to my goal. I realize that I may not hit my goal by my 40th birthday, but I know that by the end of 40 I will be fit & fabulous! With a little bit of work and self control, I plan on living out the rest of my life that way. I want to be Slammin' at 70! I have 55 weeks to loose 56lbs. That should not be a problem, even if my new medication tends to cause weight gain! Where there's stubborn, there's a way!

My Goals:
To lose 56 pounds in 55 weeks. To make exercise a habit I can't do without. To inadvertently get my husband back into shape.
My Program:
I am committing to the Summer Lose 5% Challenge. I will stick within my calorie range and exercise at least 10 minutes every day. I will continue to drink at least 8 (more like 12) cups of water every day. I will look for the healthy options to everything I do and do my best to stick to that path.
