Hey doll, You are so sweet to check on me. Doing good, finally with everything behind us, I am starting to somewhat get back to normal. Hubby and I even went on a weekend getaway to Austin this past weekend which was much needed and we could tell the difference. I was finally able to workout today, wanted to puke felt like I was gonna die since have not worked out since end of March YIKES!
Hey doll, Happy Belated Easter. Thanks for the Spark Goodie. We did enjoy our Easter. We were actually in Farmington, New Mexico on Easter. We found a little Baptist Church and attended service even on vacation I would not miss Easter Service. The church was so small the Pastor was the Pastor, the Choir Director, the overhead slide changer and the bulletin passer out. It was fun. Then we continued on to the rest of our vacation. It was fun but exhausting at same time, it was photo excursion for hubby, he had one week of vacation left he had to use before he lost it.

Okay, one of my things is NEVER SAY NEVER! You will have that photo shoot even if I have to drag you to one. Who wouldn't want that, make-up, hair, clothes and professional pictures, everyone should be a model for a day in their lives!

Hey doll, I knew something was up with you, since hadn't heard a peep not like you even on boards. So I had to check on you.
We must be going through the same slump b/c I have been feeling the same way rough with diet and feeling just BLAH
I can't tell you how to feel nobody should tell someone how to feel. I just can say those rest days are good for you and your body, they have to recover even the professionals say you have to have a rest day. But I get how you feel that way b/c I used to feel the same way. I did figure out this week that I am bored with JM BR so that is why I am blah and didn't want to get in my workouts BUT I change it up a bit and did different DVDs and I feel better and WANT to get my workouts in now. It is a matter of getting down to the root of why you feel BLAH, maybe it was TOM in town? Stress at home or at work? I am sure you will figure it out and take care of it. You are a very smart cookie. I am here for you I am great listener.
