Hi my name is Cherie, in the past 2 years I have been successful with loosing 30 pounds. Finally I believe I have found the motivation and made this my lifestyle change! I feel great and I refuse to subject myself into going down the wrong path again. The massive heart attack my mom had was a wake up call for me to get serious and start takin care of myself. So glad that I have because now I feel I can do just about anything I set my mind too!!!
So for the start of the new year (2013) I have decided to start it off with a bang with Jillian's Body Revolution. Looking forward to seeing what all this 90 day program has to offer me. I love Jillian and her workouts. I've had much success with her and she totally motivates me!!!

My Goals:
Just wanting to maintain my weight and continue down the road to this healthy lifestyle I have found! I will continue with Jillian's workouts and who knows maybe one day I will find another trainer who will give me the same motivation and fun workouts!!


My Program:
Nothing special, but I have found counting calories & exercising has been a great success for me. Jillian Michael's has been part of my success because she has motivated me in ways I never thought anyone could when it comes to working out. LOL...



Personal Information:
Live in Southern IL and work in Belleville for a great company!! I truely love my job, family & all my dear friends!!


Other Information:
Love watching all the Twilight Movie Series. My favorite past time or hobby is horseback riding and camping with all the great friends in my life including my husband. I also bass fish, bow hunt, deer (gun) hunt and like to bowl from time to time.

    Hey doll,
    You are so sweet to check on me. Doing good, finally with everything behind us, I am starting to somewhat get back to normal. Hubby and I even went on a weekend getaway to Austin this past weekend which was much needed and we could tell the difference. I was finally able to workout today, wanted to puke felt like I was gonna die since have not worked out since end of March YIKES!

    Happy Belated Easter. Thanks for the Spark Goodie. We did enjoy our Easter. We were actually in Farmington, New Mexico on Easter. We found a little Baptist Church and attended service even on vacation I would not miss Easter Service. The church was so small the Pastor was the Pastor, the Choir Director, the overhead slide changer and the bulletin passer out. It was fun. Then we continued on to the rest of our vacation. It was fun but exhausting at same time, it was photo excursion for hubby, he had one week of vacation left he had to use before he lost it.

    Hey doll,
    I knew something was up with you, since hadn't heard a peep not like you even on boards. So I had to check on you.

    We must be going through the same slump b/c I have been feeling the same way rough with diet and feeling just BLAH

    I can't tell you how to feel nobody should tell someone how to feel. I just can say those rest days are good for you and your body, they have to recover even the professionals say you have to have a rest day. But I get how you feel that way b/c I used to feel the same way. I did figure out this week that I am bored with JM BR so that is why I am blah and didn't want to get in my workouts BUT I change it up a bit and did different DVDs and I feel better and WANT to get my workouts in now. It is a matter of getting down to the root of why you feel BLAH, maybe it was TOM in town? Stress at home or at work? I am sure you will figure it out and take care of it. You are a very smart cookie. I am here for you I am great listener.
