Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my blog "Not motivated - at all!" and your words of advice. You may be right - I've been doing the same routine, pushing myself for weeks and I may have gotten burned out. Today I did 20 minutes of different exercises - hula hooping & different types of crunches. It's a start! Thanks again for your kind words! emoticon
