And So It Begins .........

Hi my name is Craig i am 21 and in the last year have started to change aspects of my life from the way i eat to the way i spend my time.

when i originally signed up to this i weighed just over 14 st maybe more
since then i have managed lose and maintain my weight on my own even with the chaotic life that i live atm.

just before the new year i thought to myself that this year everything is going to change and it has so far ......

My Goals:
i have broken up my main goal in to smaller ones to keep me motivated

i hope to lose at least 5 pounds by the end of this month dropping from 180lbs to 175.

another long term goal is to stick with my martial arts and become a black belt in two years

My Program:
i go to the gym 4 times a week and karate once a week

focussing on cardio and weights

Hey Craig,

If you want to make personal training and fitness into a career, I would look into Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology programs. However, college credits are not necessary to participate in most personal training certification programs.

Google some nationally recognized PT certification programs, such as NASM, ACE, NESTA, AFAA, etc. The cost, testing procedures and preparation differs slightly from program to program. Find one that suits you.

Hi there

I practice go kan ryu which meansroughly 'hard and complete system in the way of the empty hand' in japanese

it focus' on 2 martial art forms which is shotokan and goju ryu.
