Sleep at least 7 hours a day.

Do 150-250min exercise per week

Keep at least 2 full-body strength sessions a week.

Add at least one kettlebell circuit per week.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Well, in the end my son's generosity in sharing his cold slowed me down a bit, so I finished in 1:57:26. I had been aiming for sub-1:55:00 and hoping for sub-1:50:00, but I'm fine with it, particularly because it means I'll have an easier time setting a new PR at Disneyworld in February! I hope you're having a great week...
