My Program:
Tweak diet to maintain total weight. Keep tracking food daily and adjusting weekly. Sleep at least 7 hours a day. Do Cardio Kungfu three times a week (start 28-Jul-10). Increase to four times a week (revised 19-Aug-10). Keep at least 3 full-body strength sessions a week. Do lifestyle check every 2 weeks.
