A Healthier Me
my name is Chelsie. i am 26 and have been together with my hubby for over 4 years and have a handsome boy that we just adore he is 4 and his name is Patrick. I am here just so i can start to eat better and exercise I am ready for more motivation and maybe I can get my hubster to do the same. we will see. I look forward to getting to know everyone. So far I really love this! :)

The goals is that I want to eat better for both my family and I. I want to stay in shape and gain muscle.
My Program:
~Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout Kinect~
Running/jogging 10 min or more every other day.
~drink 8 cups of water a day.

I have been born and raised in Spokane, Wa. I have a little boy named Patrick who 4 and a wonderful husband named John and have been together over 4 years. We just bought our first house in august so life is going good. :)
Other Information:
I love spending time with my family they are #1 and my friends. :) I want to start to read and crochet but between work and home it does not happen very much and now that I am trying to exercise but i know i can do it! :)
