People might see me as the "fat girl" but I've never felt that way on the inside. I've never let my weight define me and I don't plan to start now. I want to be healthier for myself first and foremost and also for my family. I come from a long line of great women who all happened to be overweight. I've not always been overweight, never skinny but not until the last 10-12 years did I have a weight problem. However, I was never satisfied with the way I looked and I didn't appreciate my body. I'm not exactly "happy" with what I look at in the mirror these days but I love myself and my body is amazing. This body has made 3 people, carried me thousands of miles, and cares for others. Now it's time to take a little time for myself so I can continue living this amazing life!

Fitness Minutes: 5,559

My Goals:
Work out 4-5 days a week at least 10 minutes to start. Drink 6-8 glasses a water a day. Focus on a 10% weight loss goal, 1lb at a time!

My Program:
Cooking at home and making sure to keep healthy food in the house. I'm track my food and calories I'm eating. I also making sure I eat the right portions of food. I work out at least 5 days a week usually at home by walking, biking and videos.

Personal Information:
I work full time as a lead surgery scheduler. Mommy of a 3 year old and 5 month old. Going back to school full time in September to finish my degree.

Other Information:
Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pateur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein.
