Let's lose it!

I lost 20#'s for my wedding with SparkPeople in 2010 and am so thankful for the support and friends I made here. Even though I took some unplanned time from checking in here daily, I have maintained my weight-loss since the wedding in November--even losing another 7#'s!

Another reason I am eager to get back into SparkWorld is that I have PCOS and losing the weight will help me overcome the obstacle of getting pregnant. Continuing on this journey will get and keep me healthy ...

My Program:
Cardio 3-5 days a week-walking or elliptical. Eating smaller portions but more frequently. I have found that my body really responds to that.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Phoenix and Los Angeles before moving to Austin in February 2010. Got married November 5, 2010.

Other Information:
I laugh because it feels good. I love to eat! I worked in the Entertainment Industry because I love TV and film.

How are you doing? Are you back on the routine? If not, I have found that it's easier to take it slow...start tracking food again. Then, start exercising again. Just small steps. It helps. Hugs!!! ♥ you!

I was so far off the routine, I ended up taking the long way around to get back there. Yesterday, I finally ate better than I have all holiday weekend and the few days after that. We have to get on track so we do not lose our way again! Loves you!
