My Goals:
Drink 8 Cups of water everyday.

Short Term Weight Loss Goal: 50 pounds by July 20th

Long Term Goal: 70 pounds by December 31, 2010

Run my first 5k in April 2010

My Program:
I am tracking all food eaten. I am finding this has been so beneficial to starting my diet. I am learning a lot about different foods, and learning how to make better choices.

I am beginning to train for a 5K using the C25K program.

Things are going okay...week 3 and I am down around 10 lbs...always lose a little faster at first. I'm told by Spark that I need to reset my account from spark5 to weight-loss in order to track things better. It will delete the record of my initial weight lose and other tracking data for the last 2 weeks...bummer! emoticon
