I love movies!! I have a collection of over 1000 store bought dvds. My favourites are horror flicks and comedies. I don't read often but when I do I looove it. My favourite author is Christopher Moore. There is nothing more I love in this world than photos, I feel one can never take too many photos of the ones they love.
Congrats on your losses so far as well! My weight loss has definitely been slowing down which is why I started that group, to stay focused on my first goal which is getting to 75kg (165lb) for a holiday I'm going on in October. I'm still working out how to avoid a plateau but at the moment I'm trying to eat within calorie 6-7days a week and towards the low end of calorie for most of the week. I am also trying to keep up my exercise and rotate through different workouts so that I'm not doing one thing (like running) all the time. I use dvds so I switch between insanity, tae bo, zumba and hip hop abs. And the biggest change I've made is that I'm doing Yoovie's strength training challenge. I have been half heartedly doing strength training occasionally but now I'm trying to do 3-4 ST days focusing on different areas. I am told this may cause some gain initially but my primary goal is loss of inches and getting in a size 12 for my holiday so I am willing to sacrifice gains for looking toned. Plus more muscle equals more calories burned in a day so I'm sure it will help. And finally I'm trying to avoid bad habits creeping back in, which I blogged about yesterday :-) I hope that helps and I hope you join us!
