Happy Leap Day! We are given an extra day this year to do with it as you please. What will you be doing today? Even if you have to go into work, make it special for yourself. You can start you day off dancing around to your favorite song or heck sing as loud as you can to it. Maybe treat yourself to a little facial mask in the evening. How about making breakfast for dinner? Change something up today to enjoy the extra day we have received.

Hi Chelsea, thanks for adding me as a friend.
I noticed you are planning to do the couch to 5k, please let me know how you get on with that. I tried a couple of years ago, I started by joining a running club but everybody progressed and I was left behind so then I went at it on my own using an ipod app, I got to week 4 but struggled to get any further. Then sustained an injury, stupidly I continued to run through it and I am only just getting over it now. emoticon

I agree with what you wrote on the message boards about being unmotivated already. I just started too and already I'm craving all the "bad" foods I used to eat. Maybe we can keep in touch and help each other on this journey.

Thank you for adding me as a friend. I am having problems sending messages for some reason says I need to confirm my e-mail address and I did it like 100 times. Hopefully it is just a glitch and will resolve itself later. :) But then I'd like to make daily contact so I will make myself do this! :D
