Hello, my name is Chelsea. I began trying to lose weight on June 5, 2009. My husband is in the military, as seen below. We have a little shih tzu, Daisy. She is all kinds of colors, but primarily black and white. We also have another shih tzu, Honey. Honey is orange and white. Both are my baby girls.

We are actually active people, but choose not to go out an DO things. We love canoeing, biking, and other activities. We just need to MAKE ourselves DO IT. Pretty ironic, but whatcha gonna do! Message me if ya got any questions or wanna talk! :D

Complete & maintain the physical standards (for men) for the U.S. Coast Guard:
--1 1/2 mile under 12:58
--28 pushups in 1 minute
--38 situps in 1 minute


-Be able to do 20 minutes on the elliptical without stopping

-To be a POSITIVE person, no negativity.

15 lbs lost:
-Spray tan

My Program:
Exercise on the elliptical 4+ days a week

Burn fat by 40-60 min elliptical workouts

Start toning when I get some fat off

No 'bad' snacks

No soda, ONLY water and green tea

Eat correct portions and healthy

Always be on the watch for motivation and inspiration

Hi! I know you asked me forever ago but I took a majorly long break from Spark, and being fit altogether! So yea, in those pics I am 145. I am almost 5'10", so that is why I weigh more than I look. Now, I am 157, so, not so proud about that! How are you??

Hey I miss your cheeriness!! How are things going? Hopefully thngs have settled down and got better since September for you! I am finally getting back on track and I even started a biggest loser group with my friends on Facebook! Hope to talk to you soon :-)
