I began trying to lose weight on June 5, 2009. My husband is in the military, as seen below. We have a little shih tzu, Daisy. She is all kinds of colors, but primarily black and white. We also have another shih tzu, Honey. Honey is orange and white. Both are my baby girls. We are actually active people, but choose not to go out an DO things. We love canoeing, biking, and other activities. We just need to MAKE ourselves DO IT. Pretty ironic, but whatcha gonna do! Message me if ya got any questions or wanna talk! :D

My Goals:
Complete & maintain the physical standards (for men) for the U.S. Coast Guard: --1 1/2 mile under 12:58 --28 pushups in 1 minute --38 situps in 1 minute -Be able to do 20 minutes on the elliptical without stopping MET: July 1, 2009 -To be a POSITIVE person, no negativity. -Weigh 125 -To feel confident about my body (Met Nov 7, 2009) ***REWARDS*** 5 lbs lost: -Get hair style! (Met Aug. 22, 2009) 10 lbs lost: -New clothes! -New Bathing Suit!!! :D 15 lbs lost: -Spray tan
My Program:
Exercise on the elliptical 4+ days a week Burn fat by 40-60 min elliptical workouts Start toning when I get some fat off No 'bad' snacks No soda, ONLY water and green tea Eat correct portions and healthy Always be on the watch for motivation and inspiration
