My Program:
I am following the principles of the South Beach Diet.

I walk 5X per week on my treadmill.

I have added a pilates workout 3X per week for strength training - Love it!

Good Morning! Thanks for the goodie, it totally made me smile. I just came back from the gym and had a great run, if you can call it that. I'm training for a 5k and it has me pacing myself. Its good to accomplish it just the same i guess. I did actually sign up for my 1st 5k this sat. I guess I figured if nothing else, I'll walk it. lol

Hello to you too! Thanks for stopping by, glad you did. I have been down and out with this eye surgery but its looking better. I can finally drive now after 4.5 weeks and i have been cleared to do non stress exercise, walking basically. I can start back with my normal routine here in a couple of weeks and I'm looking forward to that, I know I haven't put too much back on but the jeans are fitting tighter and I'd like to not have to go back to start if you know what I mean.

I hope all is well with you too and enjoy the rest of your week.

I agree with you but after listening to my DH tell me that I can do it w/o the scale I've decided to give it a try. Does that mean I'll go the entire 6 weeks w/o checking the numbers, lol, probably not... but baby steps, right?
