I am a forty-something mother of two. I never intended to live my life being heavy and yet here I am. After YEARS of stops and starts, losses and gains, I am ready to take this seriously. I can do this.

I love the idea of an all natural thyroid replacement, although I haven't done the research to find anything. Thanks for sharing the website with me, I'll have to look into it!

Good Morning Chelsea. I hope you weekend is going good so far. Thanks for the well wishes. I feel pretty good today. Surgery went well and I expect to bounce back fairly quickly. We only went ahead and repaired the torn meniscus ligament and left the ACL alone for now. Dr. says since I don't really participate in aggressive sports I would do fine without it unless of course it gives me buckling issues later down the line. Its a much more invasive procedure and requires more in recovery and PT than this one did and as my daughter said - why put yourself through that if you don't have to?

I see you're keeping up the good work - Congrats. Ttyl and enjoy the long weekend. I hope the weather is good for you.
