my name is dayna and im from the london, uk.

i joined Spark people to help me get into shape and make it so that i can run down stairs and not get out of breath.
I have been accepted to join my dream job but i need to be physical fit to do the job and im just not there.

About 6 months ago my sister of only 16 years old was told that she had terminal cancer and that she had a maximum of 2 years to live. My sister was 3 months pregant and was told to terminate her ...

i joined Spark people to help me get into shape and make it so that i can run down stairs and not get out of breath.
I have been accepted to join my dream job but i need to be physical fit to do the job and im just not there.

About 6 months ago my sister of only 16 years old was told that she had terminal cancer and that she had a maximum of 2 years to live. My sister was 3 months pregant and was told to terminate her pregancy or she would die quicker. My sister told the doctors to get lost (in a not so nice of a way). My sister had to have an operation which last 3 hours to remove the termor while she was pregant. The doctors told her that there was a very big chance that neither one of them would come out of the operating theatre alive and even if they did the baby had a high chance of having cancer cells and not living long after birth. My sister took that chance because she believed that everything was going to be ok.

She now has a beautiful baby girl who has no cancer cells at all.

She is my motivation and thanks to her i am giving myself a chance to become healthy and fit.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I read your status on lunch ideas. Make sure you include plenty of protein to keep you full. Tuna, hard boiled eggs, turkey etc. in a low carb wrap or sandwich or on top of a salad. I also like to take leftovers from dinner and heat them in a microwave. Planning ahead is what makes it work! Good luck. emoticon Try to google things to pack for lunch! You can also search sparkpeople using the word lunches and you will see featured ideas from lots of people!
