Thanks for adding me as a friend. I read your status on lunch ideas. Make sure you include plenty of protein to keep you full. Tuna, hard boiled eggs, turkey etc. in a low carb wrap or sandwich or on top of a salad. I also like to take leftovers from dinner and heat them in a microwave. Planning ahead is what makes it work!
