My Goals:
My goal is to go for a heart pumping walk everyday with my puppy Roxy. To drink at least 8 cups of water everyday. And you eat healty balanced meals.

My Program:
Roxy will help me stay motivated to walk each day cause she loves her walks. Em and I will plan out our meals for the week so they are healthy and balanced. And I will take a water bottle to work to keep with me and keep me hydrated.

My name is Chelsa and I am 25. I live in a little apt in Browns Addition with my little sister and my Boxer puppy.

I love hot pink, hot dogs, and hot fudge sundaes.

There's lots of information on living a healthy lifestyle and lots of articles on motivation but what's the best - the people! If you go to the 'Community' tab at the top of your page and click on 'SparkPages" you can scroll down and find all manner of people who are on their own journey to better and healthier lives to motivate you!

Do remember this: when setting your goals (and you should set goals - you need to know where you're going if you want to get there): start small, be consistent and never give up. Before you know it, you'll be writing your own recipe for success.
