My goal weight is 130 pounds. I know that losing weight and being healthier will make me happier and more confident.
Eat fewer calories. I have to avoid sweets because I LOVE them and would eat a whole batch of cookies alone if I could. I'm going to the gym twice a week to run on the elliptical and on the off days doing pilates at home!
