My Goals:
My main goal is to take one day at a time and make that day my focus point. I get so distracted by the long term, that when I fall off the wagon I tend to just give up. Baby steps will get me there eventually!

My Program:
I have a new Polar FT7 I bought to help motivate me! I plan on exercising 6 days a week, a mixture of cardio and weights. I need to tone up while I loose. I have the Turbo Fire program and Insanity. When I get bored with one I will go to the other - the point is to stay active! Lots of outdoor hikes and activities as the weather shapes up.

Living in the Pacific Northwest... drowning in the rain!
