Let's get movin!

I've been at this point a handful of times... at the peak weight of my life and enthusiastic about making a change. This is not news to anyone.

What IS different is this year I've discovered a lot about what's fueling my desire to consume food endlessly. Over the last ten years, the perpetual weight gain/loss cycle used to be a mystery to me, and for some reason I took comfort in its familiarity. What IS different is this year I've discovered a lot about what's fueling my desire to consume food endlessly. Over the last ten years, the perpetual weight gain/loss cycle used to be a mystery to me, and for some reason I took comfort in its familiarity. It was a pattern that always emerged, whether I was conscious of it or not. Now I feel like I've seen the man behind the curtain, and I'm not impressed that he's been keeping me from many things I want to experience.

Here's to punching that guy in the face, because I know how he works, I know what he wants, and our wants and needs no longer overlap. I'm an adult who makes adult decisions to accomplish adult goals, so it stops today.

Hello I just wanted to check in to see how you were doing. It looks like your doing great! Are you joinning any of the done girl challenges for November? I though a lot of them sounded like fun I liked the thought of dancing 15min everyday I cant wait till tomorrow!
