ON AGAIN........ON again............and off AGAIN. That has been my story with diets and trying to lose weight ever since I was about 10. Some people are just strong willed and lose the weight the first time around they set goals. I however, fall more into the category of hopefully getting it on the 3rd--10th try.. So here goes. My fresh start.....Again.

^ I wrote that 2+ years ago and I honestly felt like it would never happen. I felt like it was a far and distant dream to get healthy...


I am glad to say..... it has F I N A L L Y clicked! It did take me 10+ tries to get here, but I finally R E A L I Z E D what it takes to lose some serious weight!

So I'd like to share what CHANGED towards my view on weightloss:

1) WORK HARD. Work for what you want, you have to really want it badly! It will be worth it in the end.

2) DON'T QUIT--NEVER EVER GIVE UP! Many times I would get discouraged and quit after many failed attempts to lose weight. This time around, if my weight fluctuated from day to day I wouldn't beat myself up over it. I would simply begin again the next day. Learn to become your friend, not an enemy.

3) MIND POWER. Weight loss isn't so much physical as it is mental. You have to believe that you will achieve what you set your mind to. It's only a matter of time before it comes to pass. Keep the fire within you burning brightly!
