My Goals:
1) Improve flexability
2) Even out right thigh & calf since loosing muscle mass from knee surgery.
3) Eat healthy
4) Drink water!

My Program:
I walk 5 miles every week day morning. Pilates 3 times per week. I walk 4 times per week in the evening with my husband and youngest son for one hour at a varied pace and distance.

Personal Information:
I live in Oregon. Married with two boys -- one a teenager and one under 5. I coach volleyball at the middle school I work at.
