My Goals:
Started Nov 2006 - down 20 lbs so far. I want to step up the pace and make getting healthy a higher priority in my life.
Next goal: 250 lbs. (37 lbs to go...)
My Program:
I am changing small things at a time, more chance that it will become habit that way. Starting with exercise 6 days a week and recording what I eat.
Personal Information:
Striving for a homesteading life here in Juneau, Alaska. I enjoy all sorts of crafts, knitting, quilting, cooking from scratch, baking our bread, preserving, canning, fishing, hunting and much more.
