My Goals:
i am working to live a healthier and fufilling life. Once obtaining my weight loss goal. will continue on keeping with in 3 lbs minimum of my goal for atleast 6 years or the rest of my life

My Program:
I workout atleast 2 to 3 times a week, but learning to eat healthy snacks and fodd versus eating fried foods and sweets all thime has helped me lose weight naturally.

also im looking to control my diabetes.
