i know when i lose the focus on food, i'll be in big trouble- cuz that means i'll resort to bad habits, do i think it'll get easier in my head, i hope so, but not til the newer, better, healthier habits have firmly taken hold.......and whoever says it only takes 28, or less, days to re-do a habit are SERIOUSLY CRAZY! i've developed bad habits ver numerous years, i totally think it'll take a long time to have new habits be "natural"-- so i embrace the thinking about it
if you see a therapist, and decide you're nuts, share.......just in case i need it too
but i don't think i want this fixed, not for now
i'm gonna be here a long time.........so it's great to find others who'll be here for the ride........
