Wishing to live, cook, and FEEL healthier lifestyle...
My friend Reggie told me Sparkpeople was a great place to adopt a healthier lifestyle. He looks great, and I want to do more than look great. He feels wonderful, and I also wish to feel wonderful. I'm told there is a lot a available support here. I am reaching out for help.....will someone please take my hand? My daughters look to me for guidance and example. I want to be better...for them...for me.
