CHEFCHIP,

I just want you to know that I think I'm in love with you. Your food talk and ways of cooking and preparing food is awesome . . . well, if we can't be in love, then at least friends?

Seriously, you've accomplished so much . . . and really, I think (just from reading your message posts) that I could learn so much from you. I hope to meet you some day!

ChefChip!!! I just tried the little wilted spinach thing you posted on the message board (the one about tuna), and it was FABULOUS!!! I doubted you. I thought "What, no pepper? No basil?" but that little spritz of lemon juice mixed with the flavours of the garlic and tomato...was enough! Yummy! Thank you for the inspiration!

Hi there,
I love being around the kitchen cooking up new recipes...I work in a bakery. Just thought I'd stop by to say hello and offer some encouragement. I know it must be hard when you're around food all day long. Good luck to you with your goals here in SP. You can do it!!

Hi ChefChip, thank you for the advice on the cooking dry beans. I appreciate the "expert" advice. You have a good plan for weight loss, less food and more activity. It's the only thing that works.

I'm down 10 and one good habit I've developed is losing my taste for junk food. That alone should warrant a healthier life!

Take good care,

Colleen
