ChefChip!!! I just tried the little wilted spinach thing you posted on the message board (the one about tuna), and it was FABULOUS!!! I doubted you. I thought "What, no pepper? Hi ChefChip, thank you for the advice on the cooking dry beans. I appreciate the "expert" advice. You have a good plan for weight loss, less food and more activity. It's the only thing that works.
I'm down 10 and one good habit I've developed is losing my taste for junk food. That alone should warrant a healthier life!
