Hi! I'm back on the weightloss road again for the second time in 4 years. I lost 23 lbs 4 years ago and kept it off for 2 years. However, I've gained most of it back and it's time to get back into shape. I'm tired of using my height to try and disguise my weight issues. I have a closet full of clothes that I bought when I lost weight the first time, and they're stil stylish and I still want to wear them. So I've gotta get back in shape because I feel my best when I fit into my favorite pair of jeans. Thanks for joining me on this journey. Whether you have a little or a lot to lose, I'd love to share fitness tips, successes, setbacks, recipes, etc. It helps keep me motivated when I know I'm not alone. Here's to being a big loser!

My Goals:
My main goal is to get back into a consistent exercise regimen 5 days a week. I'm currently on a 30 day exercise challenge to get myself back in the habit of working out regularly. It is also my goal to prepare 90% of my meals at home in order stick to a healthier diet. I believe if I can do these two things I will be back in my beloved skinny jeans in a matter of months.

My Program:
No specific program. Whole grains, lean meats, low fat dairy, fresh fruits and veggies, and water are my dietary staples. I am working out at least 5 days a week and do a variety of activities to prevent boredom (dancing, tae kwon do, tae bo, kickboxing, Pilates, free weights, circuit training, etc.)
