Nobody said it would be easy...

I've been a member of SparkPeople since late 2009, but never really used the website that much. I started my journey in 2010 at my heaviest 282lbs. It's been a long journey with some ups and downs. I managed to fairly maintain the 30-35 lbs I previously lost. I have restarted my journey in March 2012 and have about 70-80 lbs left to lose.

My overall goal is to weigh 165. My goal for 2013 is to be out of the 200s.

My Program:
I currently attend a 60 minute kickboxing class 4-5 days a week. Everyday the workout is different.
