According to that, my highest weight should be 144 to be in a normal range. The lowest my frame can weigh is 108. This going to be my long term goal. I was 179 before I was pregnant with my first child. I went up to 216 during the pregnancy. Then I dropped down to 182 after he was born. I was doing "ok" but packed on a ton of weight, spiking at about 240. I then got pregnant with my second child and dropped down to 226 due to morning sickness. Then ended my pregnancy at 239. I managed to get down to 220 after the pregnancy, but then again have packed on some more weight. I need to get my health into control. I need to realize that I'm addicted to Pepsi and Oreos. ;) I also need to start exercising and eating way more healthy.
