I'm updating my pictures so I can be honest with myself, and not keep thinking I look and feel better than I actually do. I'll be 47 in February and I've put on about 15 lbs this past year. Ever since I got breast implants in May '12, I've been stuck in the mid to high 130's and my waist has disappeared. I've been struggling to stick with a good weekly mealplan and to find time to exercise REGULARLY! I love yoga and walking/running my treadmill. I work alone, from home, and I have a private practice, so there aren't many friends or coworkers I see on a regular basis. So...I need Sparkpeople's structure to hold myself accountable. I want to be as fit, healthy, and sexy and I possibly can, and I'm going to regain control over this aging body AGAIN!
My goal is to find a fun way to keep in shape and to look good for the rest of my life!
Will get up 5 mornings a week to power walk the treadmill for 45 minutes. 3 x week will lift.
I work at home, on a computer, so I sit on my butt most of the day. I also have a private practice as a therapist, 2 x week, and am a part-time Mom to my 2 rugrats, Angus (12) and Julia (10). I just got engaged in Oct and we're planning a May '10 wedding.
I''m a Pisces, so I''m sensitive, compassionate, creative, and a little flighty (lol). My favorite band is Radiohead, favorite colors are periwinkle and brown, and my favorite cocktail is a Cosmopolitan! I drive a kiwi green Element, which I love, and I speak French and some Spanish.
