I'm chocolate obsessed, I love fried foods and hate diets, so this is always fun! Well, we're being honest here right? I consider myself funny, outgoing, always down for anything and just a good time rolled into a pint sized (well, I should be pint sized) person!
In all seriousness, diets have never been my thing, and I hate them. I used to cheerlead 6-7 days a week, so I never had problems, and now that I'm only coaching, well things seem to have popped a little!
My ultimate goal ...

My ultimate goal is to lose 15-20 more pounds by summer and then keep it off but I'm short sighted so setting smaller, incremental goals hopefully will help!

My Goals:
I want to be able to hang with my cheerleaders and keep up with their routines, I want the strength back in my upper body and I want to wear a 2-piece next summer and not feel like a beached whale! :)

My Program:
Cutting cals, watching my cholesterol, working out Sun-Thurs and trying to have fun with it all!
I'm still going to enjoy good food, just less of it!

Welcome to Saprkpeople, and the Soapbox! The first 2 weeks with the diet/exc plan is always the toughest, but after that it becomes a habit. Good luck, and feel free to send a message anytime:)
