Feeling Stronger Every Day

Hi! I'm married with grown children and a newborn grandbaby. I love hanging out with friends and family, which partly accounts for my slow but steady weight gain. I'm self employed as a business valuation analyst and fraud examiner.

I enjoy cycling, and am thinking about getting back into running. I'm a certified yoga teacher, but I only substitute teach now.

Tracking my nutrition and activity really helps. I'm excited to be back on SparkPeople.

My Goals:


Goal: Track my nutrition every day -- even (especially) when it wasn't pretty!

Goal: Spin class 2x per week, weight training 2x per week, yoga 2x per week.

Goal: 100 Pushups. Follow the program until I acheive the goal!
