Karate Kid

Diet: My plan is to cut out the bad sugars, bad fats and the bad white stuff like flour.

Exercise: Zumba twice a week. Curves 4 times a week. Bowflex Home Gym, Elliptical, Stepper, Bicycle and Wii Sports Active at home. Taekwondo twice a week - Orange Belt. Doing different things all the time to keep my interest and not get bored. I want to start competing in 5km races in the spring.

I am 34 years old and live in a small town 100 miles east of Dallas.
