I'm trying to lose the weight that I have gained since high school. It is crazy to say this, but I have gained 50 pounds since then and I would like to graduate from law school back at my high school graduation weight. I have a little over a year to lose the weight, so I'm feeling pretty confident that I can do this!

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 140 pounds. This was the weight that I was when I began college. I see no reason why I shouldn't still have that body.
My Program:
To meet my goals I'm trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. Ideally I would like to do cardio 4 or 5 days a week as well as weight training. I also hope to sleep 8 hours every night, eat better, fresher food, eat out less and drink less coffee.
