To weigh 145 lbs by July 1, 2015. To have a toned body. To be healthy. To look good. To be able to remove my rings from my fingers again!
I plan to focus on limiting my calorie intake to 1200-1550 calories per day. Each day I will look at the following day and figure out where to get in my aerobic and/or weight training--one day at a time.
I'm a 50ish woman who has tried for at least 5 years to drop at least 70 lbs. This time I am motivated to do it. Also, I am an educator, love to read and crochet, and relax on the beach.

Another person responded to me and we have been doing our buddy thing EVERY DAY -----it's great !!!!! When you have a "regular" buddy, it's so much better bc you can almost read each other's minds! Lol !!!! After all, we all got where we are bc we have the same problem(s) !!!!!

Thank you sweetness! Yes, I'm happier - and it's holiday time, what's not to be happy about, right?!!! We will definitely have to get together one of these days for lunch. Of course, with both of us working, we'll probably have to pick a Saturday or Sunday... but we will make it happen :)
