To weigh 145 lbs by July 1, 2015. To have a toned body. To be healthy. To look good. To be able to remove my rings from my fingers again!
I plan to focus on limiting my calorie intake to 1200-1550 calories per day. Each day I will look at the following day and figure out where to get in my aerobic and/or weight training--one day at a time.
I'm a 50ish woman who has tried for at least 5 years to drop at least 70 lbs. This time I am motivated to do it. Also, I am an educator, love to read and crochet, and relax on the beach.
