This is what we look like when we've been in an airplane for seven hours.

The effort involved in getting me up to, and down from, this lion in Trafalgar Square was just silly

Nice day for a race... or for sitting in front of the fireplace!

I have 13 pics in my gallery

My Goals:
You know those people who have too many goals? That's me. I love the bumper sticker, "God put me on earth to accomplish a certain number of things. Right now, I am so far behind, I will never die."

My Program:
Get out and move! I watch the calories, of course, but I have to exercise like a mad person to see the scale shift. Fortunately, our lifestyle allows me to be very active. I love my running shoes & my bicycle!

Personal Information:
Every ounce is a victory, every goal met, however small, is worth celebrating! And even though I know that well, I still get upset over only having small victories. Well, no more! Today, I choose to celebrate the small things.

Other Information:
I love the Lord, and my reason for doing anything, including being healthy, is that I want to do everything for His glory. My life, my body, and my mind belong to Him!

It's Ok. We all have busy lives. I have been a member of spark for almst 2 weeks now. The buddy thing is from The daily sparker team that I am apart of. The team leaders choose one person each week to be the buddy of the week. The daily sparker. is a really cool group. We check in everyday, and keep eachother accountable. I need to jump on lubbock sparkers more, but I haven't. I joined the lubbock group when I joined. I was pleasently suprised to see that you are one of the leaders for that group. Yep, SP is awesome. I am still learning my way around the site, but I really like it here.

Hey! I know he was frustrated, but I told him that if he could do that race, he could do anything he put his mind to. He already asked about the January race!! I told him it will be much easier. Running is in his blood as his older sister who was there to watch him. She is one of the best girl runners I have had along with my little blondie Ave who won the girls under 12 and her twin sister (who has been ill and didn't run) and is phenominal like her. I am blessed to have kids who are thoroughly interested in working hard!!!!!
