Hittin the Gym

I just quit weight watchers. i've lost 27lbs on their program which is basically eating right and exercising. their meetings are what really broke through my issues with weight and food. i'm no longer my worst critic or my enemy. i'm on my team and this is our fight.

I'm tackling it head on, and i can't wait to reach goal. don't worry, my healthy eating habits and exercise won't change but i will be in maintain mode.

My Goals:
I would like to be below 120lb but my current small goal is to get below 200. i've got about 5lbs to go! :D

My Program:
eating right. making sure i get plenty of fruits and veggies throughout the day. 3 meals and at least 2 snacks throughout the day. plenty of protein and fiber. low on carbs and fat. Exercise should be at least 3 times a week. but i'm trying to go for 7 for the next few weeks.

Personal Information:
I'm 30 from Houston Texas. And mother to an awesome 9 year old boy. :D
