A Woman's Physique

Although I never had "abs of steel" during my teen years and early 20s, I never really had an issue with weight. I think it's safe to say I took my revved up metabolism and slim figure for granted. During college I gained "the freshmen 15" and then some. Shortly after graduating from college I gave birth to my son. Since then I have struggled to regain the figure I took for granted so long ago. My goal? It is to have a flat tummy (not necessarily ripped, but that would be nice), toned ...

During college I gained "the freshmen 15" and then some. Shortly after graduating from college I gave birth to my son. Since then I have struggled to regain the figure I took for granted so long ago. My goal? It is to have a flat tummy (not necessarily ripped, but that would be nice), toned thighs, and a firm backside. I want to see the dip in my lower back once again, minus the rolls!

1) To weigh less than
what I currently
weigh by March
2009.

2) To have a flat
tummy, slim waist,
round butt, and
toned legs by my
wedding day
(October 17, 2009)

3) To achieve and
maintain a weight of
145lbs or less.

My Program:
Exercise daily doing an ab routine in the mornings and cardio and strength training in the evening.

Eat smaller portions, limiting or eliminating pop, sugars, and white products.

Stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime.

Drink more water.
