Looking to find the old me...
I am a 29 year old happily married mother of one. My husband and I will be celebrating our 8 year wedding anniversary in April and my daughter just turned 6 a couple of months ago. I am hoping that SP can help keep me on track as I find my way back to the 'old' me. By that, I mean healthier and lighter! I only gained 22 pounds while I was pregnant and managed to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight in 6 weeks. But since then, I have slowly put on weight - approx. 5 lbs. a year. It ...
I am a 29 year old happily married mother of one. My husband and I will be celebrating our 8 year wedding anniversary in April and my daughter just turned 6 a couple of months ago. I am hoping that SP can help keep me on track as I find my way back to the 'old' me. By that, I mean healthier and lighter! I only gained 22 pounds while I was pregnant and managed to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight in 6 weeks. But since then, I have slowly put on weight - approx. 5 lbs. a year. It is amazing how little ones slow you down, and with a husband who has worked nights for the last 4 years, it has been hard for me to find the time to invest in myself. I am glad to say that my husband has recently transitioned to a day schedule, we have recently joined a local gym, and I now have time in the evenings to work toward my goal!

My Program:
I do 60 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week and 30 minutes of cardio w/ a full body workout 2 days a week.
