Living my Happily Ever After!!

I spent my spring and early summer months perfecting my backyard and my house for my July wedding. Everything was exactly as I had envisioned it, but now the wedding is over, the yard is readying for fall and winter, and I have regained 9 of the 20 I lost before the wedding. I am now ready to get myself back into my fitness routine and continue my persuit for a healthy lifestyle. I am 46....50 is not too far off and I must start the second half of my life in a better state of health than I am ...

My Goals:
My goals are to drink more water and less wine each week!! I drink 6-8 glasses of water, but I think I should up it a bit. Nutrition is my goal. I know what is right to eat, but organizing myself to do it is the snag in my plan.

My Program:
The gym and I have to become friends again. I hurt my hamstring this summer, followed by a foot injury, so now it is walks that are less than brisk with my less than brisk paced beagle!! I also brought my dumbells down from my upstairs closet and do curls while watching television.
